Lady Eagles set to host Siena, Morgan State

The Winthrop softball team will play at home this weekend as host of the Winthrop Early Bird Tournament. The Lady Eagles normally don’t play at home until mid-March opting instead to play tournaments in warmer climates. Budget cuts and cost-saving ideas have led this inaugural event to be held at Terry Field.
